Gala/Coral problems?

For the past few days we've noticed a significant drop in the number of Coral leads and have had no Gala Bingo through at all.

I've just tested our links and all my Gala links divert to a really basic landing page at Coral (the coral links go to the same place)

Is anyone else experiencing problems? I had a few coral track yesterday but nowhere near as many as normal and traffic has remained constant.

TD indicated Gala/Coral were doing something to their links on Thursday but expected it to be fixed by Thurs PM. Anyone have a contact name at Gala/Coral I can get in touch with?

Just seen this too... happening on Brand Conversion links for casino and poker... all ending up at sportsbook. Not good for conversions.

Sending bingo players to the sportsbook is just insane... and it should never have been left like this... very poor.

I know - and going off over the 3 day weekend leaving it like that with no notice that it had even happened is really bad imo.

Also, even if they sign up through sportsbook it's not tracking - had at least 8 untracked reports now

As part of our ongoing initiative to improve our websites and provide long-term stability, last week our technical team implemented a major software update on our internal systems, which unfortunately resulted in some unexpected link issues that affected our affiliate tracking programmes. I believe the previous week there were tracking issues also?

Its a shame Gala are a very good brand and easily marketable, just wish they were fair to there affiliates and paid for the players we send.

The links now go to the correct brand but gala bingo still isn't tracking (this is through tradedoubler). I'm still getting untracked reports

Just to make me feel better - are leads happening for other affs on Coral or Gala...

Since the change over I've not seen anything. Revshare on BC has dropped too... Gala leads on TD - nope.

All a bit baffling but maybe just one of them things?
