Getting paid by William Hill / AffUtd - help!

Can someone familiar with William Hill / AffUtd explain something to me - I've been trying to get an answer from our account rep for about a week but for whatever reason he's not really helping!

We generated income from players in January and February, but were never paid the commission. Now, when I ask for the commission to be paid, I'm told that it's been wiped out by our negative balance for March!

Surely they can't roll positive balances from month to month forever? They have to draw the line at some point and pay affiliates commission? For example, at the end of February we'd had a positive balance for 2 months - so why wasn't some of it paid to us?

Can someone explain? None of our other casino partners seem to roll on commission for 2 months and then wipe it out by a negative balance for the current month.

Amazingly this is still ongoing. Does anyone here have a contact email address of someone at William Hill or whoever is running their affiliate programme so I can try and get paid - I'm currently chasing commission from Jan/Feb etc! Thanks
