New Sky Affiliate account query

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone promote any sky products? I have checked this new income access system against the old sky stats and I am now earning a lot less, and I feel that this old system is still tracking. I have raised this with income access and I am getting nowhere. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sorry to hyjack the thread as I dont know your answer but can I ask have you/do I need to change links or are they auto redirected to the new system?

Hi Barry,

You will need to change your links shortly as the old skyhub links expire on the 30th June.

Hi Barry,

Jsut to confirm, yes, rachae1 is correct and you will need to change your tracking links/creatives to those taken from the new sytem by June 30th. After that date all old creatives will become inactive. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions about navigating the new system

I have one more question that doesnt seem to get answered when I post to your support.:-

I didnt claim any commission for about a year because I was waiting for you to implement BACS (I hate cheques as the bank is too far away from me) - I am now claiming cheques which have arrived fine over the last three months but I cant seem to get an answer for when you will pay me the backdated year odd worth.

My current pay is around £1000 pm so I guess the backdated payments are at least enough to fence my top field and so I am a little eager to get my mits on it.

Can I ask you to take over the enquiry?
