I have been away but I was just about to update my invoice for cashcade when I noticed very large cashback amounts on the past 3 months earnings on Foxy Bingo and it has put all the earnings into Zero. Has anyone else ever has this problem?

Same here, all my earnings and down to zero. All from chargebacks, never seen this before.
I am hoping this is an error as 3 of my accounts all have the same chargeback amounts for this month. I did send an email to Simon and Aliz but no response as of yet.
Apparantly there is no issue with reporting. I'm massively in the red from months and months ago so there is no point promoting Foxy Bingo for me as it would take many weeks to get even. Seems very odd.
For this month I have 4 accounts - itv, stv, foxy, bingo scotland they all have the same chargeback amounts and its only the 12th October I too may have to drop these sites.
Interesting that I got an email from Aziz a couple of hours ago, stating that his/her time at CashCad has come to an end.
The chargebacks is a new addition to the financial page at all Cassava powered sites. It's not just Cashcade sites, but the Dragonfish and others sites that also have it.
I've spoken to a couple of other bingo affiliates, and here's the strange thing. We're all seeing the same chargeback amount on brands, as follows:
Take a look at the following from 1st Oct - 14th Oct and see if you have the same chargebacks amounts.
Foxy - £2230
Cheeky Bingo - £330
Little Big Bingo - £200
Rollover Bingo - £470
Bingo Cove - £130
and so on...
My theory is that that is the amount the company has had per brand as a whole, but they're incorrectly reporting it on the accounts so rather than split it between any affected affiliates, the whole amount is going to all affiliates. As it's Cassava and they're pretty useless in the way they communicate with us affiliates, I'm not expecting an explanation any time soon.
Obviously its a bug, if you need to invoice still just ignore the chargebacks until we hear officially from Cassava.

We have been promoting Foxy Bingo all year and had very little success - in fact it has been our poorest performing Bingo site by a mile. Now to be fair we have giving it very little exposure due to the poor results.
If we exclude the current issues with chargebacks, how much confidence do you have with the Foxy Bingo platform? Would you suggest that I would have more luck with the other brand listed below:
Cheeky Bingo
Little Big Bingo
Rollover Bingo
Bingo Cove

Before Aliz left she sent me the following email:
"I just got the info from 888 that they had a bug with these chargebacks. For every affiliate it shows the same amount so when you send the invoice please just ignore that column so you get full revenue."
