Crown Bingo Feedback Required
Hi All
First of all, what a great idea to have a Gambling vertical - nice one Matt.
I was wondering what you guys thought of our program. More info is here:
www.crownbingo.com/affiliates
We have very competitive commissions, good customer offers and people seem to like the site. We also offer reciprocal links to any affiliate that signs up.
I have recruited a number of very good affiliates over the past couple of months but always interested in feedback (good or bad!). We want to make our program the best out there, so any comments will be taken on board.
Cheers
Matt

Hi Matt
I've had difficulty getting this to convert as you know - although finally we made our first commission this week. I'm still not clear what the stats mean eg. who is a real player, who is a free player - and don't really understand what's what.
My biggest concern however is the mobile phone requirement on sign up - i do think this should be opt in - as should the request for credit card details on the second sign up page.

Hi Jason
Thanks for the feedback.
I think the reason you have not converted is because you advertised the Prize Bingo night which was 'free' to enter and you promoted it as such (i.e. the user didn't have to deposit to be entered into the prize draw).
Our top affiliate is earning £199 EPC! so it is converting well generally.
In terms of the tracking, I'll email you with an explanation.
Cheers
Matt

Partly true, but we have promoed via bingo sources as well with similar results. £199 EPC - is that earnings per click or some other metric? How do you derive that?

Earnings per 100 clicks - so they are earning £1.99 per click
EPC is calculated like this: (total commission ÷ total clicks) x 100
