Having other peoples feed into your site?

Hey,

i have a bingo site that i am trying to update my SEO on as i've left it hanging for a while.

Not sure if this is a wise move but it was thinking of taking someone elses blog feed and feeding their content into my site (is that possible).

Would it help my SEO?
What are the negatives? (obviously the content would include their affiliate links?)

I'm new to this one so your help is appreciatted

Thanks
