Thread: Tracking issue on Gala Bingo, Gala Casinos and Coral

    Hi Everyone,

    Sorry for the delay but I was waiting to have precise information on the issue before contacting you all.

    End of last week, we have been informed by few affiliates that we had tracking issues on TD. TD started investigating the issue on the same day. After 1,5 working days TD and Gala Coral team have identified the problem and we can affirm today the problem affect Gala Bingo, Coral, Gala Casinos external trackings (not only affiliates).

    After a major release on December the 9th sales were not getting flagged to the pixels. The issue was not spotted on the release day because it’s not occurring in the test environment.

    I had the confirmation for our technical team that the problem should be fixed by the end of the day.

    Our internal tracking system has not been affected. Meaning that as soon as the problem will be fixed we will be exporting all the information related to un-triggered deposits for all Gala Bingo, Coral, Gala Casinos and each affiliate program will operate an update of their statistics.

    This problem does not concern Eurobet.


    Summary:

    1- Problem to be sorted very soon.
    2- All sales have been recorded on the internal system.
    3- Affiliates stats will be updated soon.
    4- Commissions will be paid as normal.
    5- Eurobet tracking was not affected.

    Hello there

    I'm Lily and I'm working alongside Jayms at Brand Conversions. I just wanted to come onto the Forum to follow up on Olivier's original post about the tracking issues that have been affecting the Coral programme since 9th December.

    We have today been informed of this issue and have been assured that the Coral internal tracking system has NOT been affected by this issue and therefore all affiliate activity between then and now has been recorded. Coral will provide Brand Conversions with all of the affiliate data that was not passed back in the daily XML feed and the missing data will be uploaded into affiliate accounts as soon as its received. We will contact all Coral affiliates as soon as we have uploaded this missing data.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please do get in touch but please rest assured that this issue will be resolved very soon and no data will be overlooked.

    Hi Lily,

    Has Coral tracking on Brand Conversions gone awol again? I've had a user send me confirmation of a Coral account opened on Saturday that didn't track?

    Thanks for your message. I've just checked with our IT Department at Brand Conversions and the information is being checked and uploaded onto our system at this very moment. Therefore, it should be sorted by cop today or early tomorrow. I hope that's ok and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    I'll keep you posted if this changes.
