Is this for pages that have been created from now or do older ones count?

I'd consider adding a banner, but the 120x600 for Littlewoods still shows the World Cup promo, and for Chit Chat the Cruise promo is ignored in 120x600 format too (also will these switch over to a new or default promo on expiry?)

And finally - where's the generate invoice links gone

120x600 World Cup banner has snuck back somehow, I'll get this replaced again so give it about 10 minutes.

Generate invoice has been removed (you should have been notified about this, let me know on MSN if you didn't get the email) and will be generated every month and emailed across to you, rather than you having to request it.
