If your looking to purchase, I'd say save your cash and stick it into other marketing options.
I've purchased and tried over 6 different sites offering traffic. Bottom line they simply don't convert. From what I can tell they all buy bulk from one source.
I purchased a total of 750,000 casino gambling, geo targeted (UK & USA) traffic. They all hit landing pages that had a successful history of converting.
From all that traffic I go a total of 3 signup of whom no one deposited more than $25 bucks each. Feel free to run the stats on that.
One moron sold me 150K of premium traffic and then sent me cr@p mobile phone popup exits. The majority of traffic (95%) was coming from Asia, the rest was from the Ukraine and other places like that. (Fortunately paid via PayPal and hence disputed the charge).
Serious though save you bucks. If the traffic was as good as they claim, they'd be keeping it for themselves. A costly lesson I've learnt along the way.
