Bingo Hero - Anyone Had Problems Getting Money?

Got some money with Bingo Hero at the moment, but they don't seem to want to answer their ticketing system. Anyone had and issues getting money out of them. I know they're on the same system as Gone Bingo, and I've heard of a few issues with them in the past. Anyone got any better contact details for Bingo Hero or had any issues getting the money out of them?

If they are like Gone Bingo and Harrys Bingo then you probably have to send in an invoice.

If you have a contact email for Bingo Hero then yes please (and I'll take on for Gone Bingo as well for future reference)

Don't know about Bingo Hero but if what the others are saying about them being with Gonebingo and harrys.. then you do probably need to send in an invoice for the first payment.. which is what I had to do with both those sites... subsequent payments seemed to happen automatically to my bank account without the need for further invoices... but both sites are very erratic and seem to be 100% attention when they feel like it and then zilch wont answer any mails for yonks!.. it seems to be how they do things... also I think they dont like to process payments every month but hold onto your money for quite a while and when they do payup the amount still stays in your account for like ever.. which gets very confusing when your trying to balance the books. Dio I am sure none of th above helped you with your actaul concerns.. but I do like to give my halfpenny worth when i can ..lol.. good luck

I know I am the worst thread hijacker that's ever existed on any forum ever, but sorry I can't help myself;

I'd like to confirm we just paid out our affiliates today for February's traffic, the thresholds are £20 for European affiliates and £50 for International affiliates. Next month should be even earlier.
