Are there any restrictions,regulations etc. involved in promoting bingo sites within the UK?
Do you need a license as in other gaming sections?

You don't need a license to promote bingo (or other gaming for that matter), you just need one to run an actual bingo or gaming site.
There are also rules as to who you can promote as a result of the 2005 Gambling Act, but many affiliates are choosing to ignore the whitelisted sites and promote anyone.

I am an affiliate manager for EuroPartners in the gaming industry for Casino, Poker and Bingo and Mobile Casino.
We have a great Bingo site that is part of a large Bingo network. Plus, our affiliates that work on Revenue share get enjoy cross platform revenues when a player that joins our bingo site thru an affiliate link later joins one of our casino sites for example.
