Grrrrrrrrrr. this is really getting on my nerves now
I have now emailed
affiliates@bingomanager.net about a dozen times regarding getting paid by 4 different globalcom sites, I have had one email back informing me that they don’t deal with payments for one of the sites, and gave me the email address of someone else. I emailed this address and was told I had to send them an invoice. It doesn’t say anything about sending invoices in the t&c or on the website. What it does say is “Prompt Monthly Payments from just £20”. ok after a bit of email tennis I found out who to make the invoice out to and sent it.
A few questions if anyone can shed some light.
1. I was under the impression that your commission from globalcom sites went into your netteler/bank account automatically is this not the case?
2. Do I have to invoice each site separately ? And if so. Why have I not been informed of this by via the website concerned or affiliate manager (whoever that might be) & why do I have no details of who to invoice
3, why when you email
affiliates@bingomanger.net you get little or no response , it all seems a bit cloak and dagger.?
4. Should I named the sites concerned on this thread (will it speed things up) ?
I don’t know if im just ranting, but I want to get paid !!!
