iv posted this agian but more clearer. I think
Im an affiliate with a few globalcom sites, I am due some commission payments. My balance exceeds the payout limit but i have not yet received them. I have contacted the email address affiliates@bingomanager.net a few times and have had one email back asking for my payment details so they can pay me, which i sent back to them, but heard nothing since, and still no commission. has anyone else had problems like this or had trouble contacting affiliates@bingomanager.net

I am missing a couple of months payments from 4 different globalcom sites that have affiliates@bingomanager.net as their contact address, is it the same person who deals with all the queries??

Grrrrrrrrrr. this is really getting on my nerves now

I have now emailed affiliates@bingomanager.net about a dozen times regarding getting paid by 4 different globalcom sites, I have had one email back informing me that they don’t deal with payments for one of the sites, and gave me the email address of someone else. I emailed this address and was told I had to send them an invoice. It doesn’t say anything about sending invoices in the t&c or on the website. What it does say is “Prompt Monthly Payments from just £20”. ok after a bit of email tennis I found out who to make the invoice out to and sent it.

A few questions if anyone can shed some light.

1. I was under the impression that your commission from globalcom sites went into your netteler/bank account automatically is this not the case?

2. Do I have to invoice each site separately ? And if so. Why have I not been informed of this by via the website concerned or affiliate manager (whoever that might be) & why do I have no details of who to invoice

3, why when you email affiliates@bingomanger.net you get little or no response , it all seems a bit cloak and dagger.?

4. Should I named the sites concerned on this thread (will it speed things up) ?

I don’t know if im just ranting, but I want to get paid !!!

Hi Shauny

Ths must be very frustrating for you. Most affliates have had the same issue at some point or another during thier time as affiliates. Perhaps you could list the sites you are referring to and maybe folks here might be able to enlighten you about specific sites. Regarding the invoice issue. i had the same with quite a number of sites and there is not much you can do about it but to comply with thier request even tho as you say, nothing about it may have been mentioned in the T&c's. I have found they this happens with regards to the first payout and subsequent payouts happen automatically. There are a few sites reluctant to payout smaller amounts and tend to accumulate commission and payout a lump sum every so often. anyway list the sites and i will see if I have had any experence with the ones you are having grief with.

What you often find is that the domain owner doesn't deal with the affiliate side of things - e.g. with our white labels the contact is bingomanager as well... so if there was ever a problem we'd never know.

Perhaps a new system needs to be implemented so that the whitelabel partner gets a copy of any emails going through?

Thanks everyone for all the advice on the thread & PM's,

Here’s an update on things.

Still had no commission, still no reply's from all but one of the affiliate managers & now I cant even log into my stats for each of the sites concerned.

So here’s my next step after consideration of all your advice on here (thanks).

im away now for 1 week, if there is still no payments when I get back , firstly ill contact the actual bingo websites and let them know their affiliate programme is not being handled properly, then if I still get no joy its name and shame time on this and every other affiliate/gaming forum I can find.
