Try talking to my colleague Ian Remmer. He runs the White Label department for Webroute Services (Webroute Services - innovative online casual games solutions). If you want to have a look at the actual casino in action, pop over to Blackpool Club Casino (UK finest online casino, poker and bingo club.) and have a nose about.

Mind you, it may not be what you are looking for - setting up a White Label casino is not cheap (even though we handle all the payments, CRM etc), but you will still need a sizeable budget to promote it.
