bet365 Transaction Reversals

As some of you will have realised, for the month of September all bet365 transactions were extended, resulting in publishers not receiving their payment for bet 365 in this month’s cheque from Commission Junction. This was as a result of a problem identified within the bet365 tracking, which was feeding back duplicate deposits to Commission Junction, as opposed to new account deposits only. Unfortunately, as a result of this, a number of reversals have had to be made for the month of September. This problem has now been rectified and we are satisfied that this problem will not occur again. We apologise for any inconvenience the problem may have caused you and would like to thank you for your support of the bet365 programme. We do hope we can continue to work with yourselves to further grow the performance of the programme. Hmm Ive had a couple of accounts with bet365 opened in the last few days but none have been tracked which seems strange as the clicks have?

Also my sept extended are still extended......are they ever to be sorted one wonders

What gets me is that you admit it was your mistake but then are quite happy to let the affiliates suffer late payment as a result.
