Have the stats updated from being behind with the planned downtime at the weekend?

I was hoping they hadn't fully and that would explain the poor weekend :-)

Saturday was poor for me, but they generally are. Yesterday was probably better than average.


I still ended up with a minus figure for the weekend though, because all my second tier commission earned since the start of June has been taken off the balance.

They've stopped paying second tier commision for any new affiliates recruited since 20/7, and second tier commission from existing recruited affiliates is being added monthly from now on.

I Apologise to JF, new to the forum and posted this (I realise now) in the wrong group so I've posted it here again where it is more relevant.

Since the weekend (when CJ upgraded the reporting system "internally"), my sales have plummeted. I've emailed CJ but no reply yet, hopefully they are testing, checking out etc.

What really puzzles me, on monday morning my perfromance panel showed 3 sales for 3 sites amounting to just over $40, the commission rates were correct for the products, so they were real sales. These sales were not showing up on the transacion report. Around lunchtime (GMT) on monday these disappeared from the performance report, and have never shown up again anywhere, and ever since my sales are far lower than usual.

Has anyone else noticed a drop in CJ Sales, or is it just me. Do they gave a general problem. Are CJ sales tracking generally reliable.

On pretty much the same note, sales do seem erratic generally. For example, one item I promote I generally get a sale every other day, then suddenly this month not one sale for about 2 weeks despite sending more targeted visitors to the site. This item was also one of the sales that showed then disappeared, very strange.

Anyone got any ideas, anyone noticed anything strange with their sales stats.
