o2 June reversals

Just discovered that all of my o2 sales in June were reversed yesterday. The stated reason for this is "other".

Anyone had the same, or know what "other" is meant to mean?

Sounds similar to my experiences when a merchant hasn't paid its invoice. CJ just reverses all the commission.

Check the "Reversed transactions due to non-payment" report in the custom reports section.

Oh yes - not paid their bills.

Silly question 1 - If o2 aren't paying their bills, why do CJ let the scheme continue to run?

Silly question 2 - will these get re-credited if o2 pays up?

Its highly likely they will pay, but CJ is safe whatever.

If everyone uses Affiliate Future whenever possible maybe things may start to change.

After all, if they have this problem sorted then why can't the rest of the networks do it?

AF - merchants pre pay into a 'pool' account (scumware free)
CJ - merchants pay when they get invoice, if they can be bothered.
