Have they replied to you yet? If your turnover is low with them they will charge $200 for the feed!

Thanks, yes I know about the $200.

The delay isn't a huge problem, but it has been about 4 weeks so far. Their internal email system doesn't seem to be an effective means of communication, and they have a habit of closing threads that aren't finished.

I think part of the problem is their main tech team seem to be in the US, meaning that they are starting work when the UK team are winding down for the day.

Oh well, just a gripe I wanted to get off my chest. Not a huge problem in the big scheme of things :-)

That's an understatement! Some merchants never even bother to reply to emails.

Their UK department actually show up for work some times?!?! They are normally winding down at 9am Monday morning and non-existent by Wednesday ... I've had the same feed problem for three months, I email them every Monday and every couple of weeks I get a response saying "we're looking into it".

CJ are usually very good to me on the phone, but indifferent to emails. Try calling them - there's a Guy called Stuart whose job (I believe) is to look after publishers - and no, he doesn't work weekends!
