  Support queries and Tax

Hi all,

new to the forum, and this game so please be gentle. Pretty pleased with our site for a first effort:-

take a look

but was wondering the following:-

Does anyone ever get a response to CJ support queries.

Is there anywhere else I can try, perhaps a direct email address / contact?

We haven't yet returned the W8 form as we are currently awaiting VAT number. Will CJ pay us anyway (we have passed min amount) on next payment date? If they will pay, how much will they withhold if for example my next estimated payment is £300.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks v. Much

  You'd have thought

But they talk about holding back up to 30% unless form is returned...

looks like you will get paid minus 30% since the w8 is to confirm that you dont need to pay tax in the usa...

In short, no. I have found CJ and the majority of its merchants to be totally inept at answering support queries.

As ashagplz has already stated, most people email Stuart or Wendy directly. Their email addresses are below:

Stuart Bartram - sbartram@cj.com
Wendy Shaw - wshaw@cj.com
