We posted something with regard to catalogue companies about a year ago & the disappearance of reversal trend graphs which coincided with an increase with reveral rates, with the come back of, it's not required and this is refelcted in the EPC.
However some merchants have done a clever and simple thing like M&S and have no reversals, what they do is calculate the average refund / reversal and this is reflected in the deal offering.
Historically though I guess mail order catalogues will have a high reversal rate, but soem increase commission to account for this. Maybe working on the suggestion in paragraph two might eleviate concerns.
Simple & effective, negates the need for high reversals fro any merchant.
