  Angry Adding insult to injury

not only is my traffic aka earnings down due to google - but Additions Direct are putting the boot in as well - for some unknown reason I'm getting hammered with quite a few refunds - much more than I had when things were hunky dory.

anyone else want a pound of flesh (got lots of that to spare)

cheers

We posted something with regard to catalogue companies about a year ago & the disappearance of reversal trend graphs which coincided with an increase with reveral rates, with the come back of, it's not required and this is refelcted in the EPC.

However some merchants have done a clever and simple thing like M&S and have no reversals, what they do is calculate the average refund / reversal and this is reflected in the deal offering.

Historically though I guess mail order catalogues will have a high reversal rate, but soem increase commission to account for this. Maybe working on the suggestion in paragraph two might eleviate concerns.

Simple & effective, negates the need for high reversals fro any merchant.

thanks for that QGJ - thats a good way of doing things from M&S - thought the catalogue companies had taken note from the last time we had all these reversals - hadn't had hardly any all summer.

Lets hope they all take note.
cheers
