Account Deactivated

I used to have an account with CJ, I think I had about 46USD in credit, but I then moved to datafeeds and didn't want to pay CJ costs, so I became inactive for a while, I now want to start adding banners and buttons to my sites again, but when I tried to log on to cj I got a message telling me my account was deactivated, how can reactivate it??
