  CJ Support Response Times?
I raised my first support ticket with CJ on Friday last week - but I've had no response yet. What kind of response times for support are "normal" for CJ?

The support ticket is a standard request relating to a request to change the format of my product feeds, so it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to resolve...
