Lost password form on CJ website

Hi,

Another ranting post from me.

As I lost my password of my CJ account I tried to retrieve it through the 'Forgot your password' form. I had to enter my email address but it could not find an active account for the email address entered.

So I clicked on the link underneath the form which took me to a 'Contact Commission Junction' form.

I entered my email address which is 28 characters long... but could not enter it as the input field only accepts 25 characters... way to short if you ask me...

So I had to enter another email address.

Went ahead and got to the Site URL field... if you include the http:// bit my site has 32 characters in the address. Guess what... the field only accepts 25 characters...

I am surprised that the grandfather of the affiliate networks apparently is not aware that email addresses and web addresses can actually have more than 25 characters.
