My Commission Junction account has been de-activated

Hi

My site is going slowly slowly but IS getting views and clicks (although still haven't reached many of the payment thresholds!!!).

It's a b2b site so number of merchants is limited. Having just registered with 2 new merchants on commission juntion I see that my account has been de-activated.

I contacted them by email last night but no reply.

Anyone got any advice or clues or has had similar experience?
