No, you're not the only one. We have a reversal rate of 80-90% for Abound and Kays.
I know reversal rates are often high with mail order merchants but other catalogue merchants such as Great Universal or Littlewoods are never this bad.

Yes, I mean corrections too, which really is the same ending as reversal, or rejection of the sale. Someone must be holding their finger down on the 'returned merchandise' button and not letting go.
CJ removed reversal trend graphs against better judgement & opinion, something which has been covered by a few threads on this forum before. Especially with regard to catalogue merchants.
If they knew what an approx overall reversal rate was, then this could be applied to the commission stucture, so that there would be no need for affiliates to experience reversals.
We now tend to seek merchants which sell the same products, without the inflated reversal rate and offer them as an alternative.
