OnlineMerchants seems to know their stuff
  CJ Right Now System
Hi all,

Sorry to ask such a basic question but I have been sent an email
by CJ and asked "Can you reply though the right now system:"

I might end up looking stupid if it is obvious but where is the
right now system ??

There are no links in the email and the reply address is set to no reply.
Have looked in the control center and can't find it.

Anyone know how to get to it?

globoChris is an unknown quantity at this point
I think they mean "can you reply through the right system, now"
I.e. can you login to your account and then ask a question -this allows them to track and monitor email requests.

That sounds about right to me
