  VAT invoice for May

Has anyone else still not received their VAT invoice for May?
It really isn't good having to chace things like this up!

Yep I've been looking for it too as it's VAT return time but there is no sign of it.

CJ's invoicing and VAT related paperwork is a mess

I won't be doing any new promotion on a single CJ merchant and if it wasn't for the fact it still brought a few $'s from links placed years ago then I would just close the account. I think it's a real lack of respect for affiliates that they can't produce one simple piece of paper that matches the amount paid to our bank accounts and allows us to keep proper accounting records.

I'm not normally one for a rant but I really am fed up with this.

I've phoned up and requested it and asked for it within the hour rather than end of play today as the VAT return needs to be sorted ASAP.
Can't remember who I spoke to but they did say they would sort it.

Like you Fraser, it annoys me, it seem a relatively simple system they should have in place to avoid all this, I'm sure it would only take one of their guys a day to sort out a simple automated system that would save bad feeling and headaches for the rest of us

Glad you have got it Wardy - I'm just going to make do with my bank statement figures for now and add in the paper work to my files when it arrives as I don't feel like chasing it today.

We still haven't received our invoice yet. I just work out the VAT element from the amount paid into our account.

My feeling is that CJ really still need to improve in this area. Again it's VAT return time for me so I'm looking for the invoice to match with my August payment but I haven't received anything yet.

Every other self billing network allows me to login and print off an invoice but yet with CJ it's always a case of going without or having to chase it up

Yep, in the same cycle as you Fraser and still need mine too

It would surly not take much to get this system online for us CJ and help save many wasted hours for us and you?!

You will find these chaps are very handy at sorting out people who do self billing and don't issue VAT invoices on time or correctly, http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/ give them a call and quote CJ's VAT number and they will have it sorted in no time.

I too am sick of it, but have to think positive so I just stopped using them, still the odd link about but what can you do.

Yeah - I too am very miffed. Well my dad is miffed too as he is trying to sort out all the paperwork whil I am on travels in Oz. Has anyone phoned HMC yet ? If not I may get my dad onto it. He likes kicking up a stink and telling other people how they SHOULD be doing their job.

humph, at least you can get them to pay you VAT. my first VAT return is due this month, and still no sign of my vat payment despite having added my number in ages ago.

I've even faxed them my VAT certificate. No response, zip, nada. Like Mike, I'm off in a few days and I really don't want my mother to have to deal with this after I go!
