I've just this minute signed up, so will see if that has tracked.
The signup page is not the easiest I've seen and the actual submit button is halfway of the page at the bottom and you can only just about click it!
The site also uses frames, which makes a little cumbersome to get around.

I had a Totesport untracked sale with CJ about a month ago , the affiliate manager is still looking into this apparently the sale has been verified . The Acquisitions Manager at Sportsbook
was quick to get back and up date me but commission is still yet to be awarded. Happened about the time of the world cup final - maybe they were busy, before that i had a few good commission sales.
