How do you appeal a decision?

We had an email earlier this week from CJ accusing us of promoting the Marriott affiliate programme in breach of the T&C's - specifically we were accused of promoting them via email marketting. As a result we've been removed from that programme without a chance to do anything about it.

We haven't sent out an email newsletter in months and have NEVER included the Marriott programme when doing so, so obviously I'm not happy with the accusation.

Is there any way of appealing decisions like this, as it's clearly based on fantasy rather than any sort of reality.

Speak / liase with the merchant directly & not CJ network quality. Be careful CJ might hold back the whole payment of your next cheque, not just any earnings from the one merchant.

Your story is a familiar problem with affiliates. BTW Have you seen how lengthy their Special Terms and Conditions are
