I recall something about this program previously when on TD & The Arndale (remember them). Was it Homebase who lost all their database with no back up.

May I ask how Homebase approach to affiliate marketing has changed, not that I am recollecting fully, from before?

Who is the agency who looks after the program please?

Is Homebase part of the Argos Company?

Homebase is part of the Home Retail Group, which also owns Argos. They operate on the same platform. Neither are managed through an agency.

The merchant name - and therefore the name in the CJ product feed is "Homebase Affiliate Programme".

I'm sure I'm not the only one who displays the merchant name alongside products, so the "affiliate programme" part shouldn't be there, it should be a name you want customers to see. The fact that it's on CJ means we know it's an affiliate program.


I can amend my data feed import program to adjust this when I import it, but it shouldn't be necessary.
There are quite a few other merchants on CJ with this problem, maybe they don't explain properly to merchants how the name will be used.

Is it possible to Deep link with Homebase?

I have tried creating custom URLs in the link box but it doesn't seem to work as everything seems to go to the homepage which is obviously a waste of time.

CJ is a pain at the best of times for deep linking.
