JS Insurance - Untracked Sale

I am going on holiday shortly and decided to test one of my travel insurance links. I purchased a single trip policy through JS Insurance but the sale didn't tracked. I contacted the merchant explaining the issue and ended up getting another copy of my policy through. I sent another email explaining more clearly what I was after but the first email took over a week to get a response. Could anyone else help with this issue?

I've now been contacted by the merchant who stated that I should be speaking with someone from CJ. Is there anyone at CJ who would be able to help?

Don't hold your breath!

...and even if you do manage to get to speak to someone from CJ, the chances of getting them to understand what the hell you're talking about will really be a first!!

Of all the networks we have dealt with, CJ's customer services are without doubt the most awkward to get through to, not necessarily in the sense of getting to communicate with them but with actually getting them firstly to understand your problem and secondly to get them to give a damn!
