Feed Problems

Does anyone else that gets CJ feeds have issues where it just "dries up" without warning.

It runs fine for ages, and then for some reason they just stop delivering the file.

We had 2 weeks at the start of May with no feed, then problems with the format once they switch it back on. Finally after about 3 weeks of no usable feed we get it back only for it to have dried up again for the last 2 days.

And their support ticket system is about as responsive as a dead dog.

I'm going to be switching some links.

Hi Haggul,

It was my understanding from our last email conversation that things were working fine now. If you've logged another ticket, please let me know and I will look into things immediately. In any event, you have my direct details so it is not necessary to log ticket.

There are no overriding issues with our feeds so please bear with us a bit so we can get down to the root of the advertiser feed issues. The feeds do not turn on and off without a reason.
