The Royal Doulton affiliate programme was temporarily deactivated on Commission Junction last year on the 8th of July due to non-payment which is still the case.
You should have received notification in your Mail inbox within your CJ publisher account. Also, you can identify all temporaily deactivated programmes from the invalid links report on the homepage of your CJ account as well as running a Performance report. However as of October last year, an automated email is sent to all joined publishers whenever a programme is tempoarily deactivated detailing the specific advertiser programme in question. Similarly, you will receive notification when an advertiser programme is reactivated.
Make sure that the email address for the Superuser in your CJ publisher account is still in use as this is where the notification emails will be sent. You can change or update your email address if required.
