i've had some which look like nothing has changed... but I suspect that can't be the case.

From an email today:
If you do not accept these program terms between now and May 6th, you will automatically accept them on May 7th, and your incentives will be calculated starting on May 7th. (You will lose one week of incentive calculations.)
