Looks like its bust.. when you apply and tick everything as soon as the application screen pops up it comes with an error.

Wondered why sales went down.

More Th>n is the same card and does the same thing.

Just had an email saying accucard changin from a cahsback to a 0% type...here is the text arf....

"Together with this, we are changing the commission structure enabling you to make more than ever.

From the end of this month we will be offering $10 for each Accucard application which is accepted or referred to our underwriting team. That?s a 50% increase on the normal lead commission!!! "

so hang on...they were happy to pay $50 per instant approval/accepted lead and $5 per lead needin more checks but now I can "make even more than ever" at $10 per accepted/ referred to underwriters application

obviously the card will do more at 0% than just cashback but....why is it suddenly worth so much less...? per sale... now you have to move 5 to earn the same as 1 before...which shouldn't be hard..lol...but just annoying how they can downgrade a commission whilst at the same time as thinking you are dumb enough to suck it up as being a step forward...I know I will earn more from it now but why is the card worth $40 less..? argggh this Affiliate business...

Cant work out if the $50 for a instant acceptance is still there.

If it is and any increased the lead then thats ok.. if it isnt then I will be getting rid of em for another card.

been staring at the CJ merchant details for accucard and still don't know what they are paying as the old details are there with $5 n $50 on but it says in the text $10 for leads but nowt about a sale...

so which is it... $10 a lead nowt else or
10$ a lead and $50 a sale now or what...

right, i noticed this and asked cj why they didnt update the new amounts, they simply havent replied to the quesion even though the question status keeps changing to solved. Personally i found maybe 1 in 50 transactions came through as $50. On that basis the ney amounts will be better over all. Over 50 transactions in one month and you get $16 for each. Personally this will work out better for me. Makes me wonder though, 1 in 50 with acucard make the higher amount, yet with marbles it must be more like 1 in 4.

I find that I get 70-80% acceptance with marbles at the moment..which makes me a happy chappy

Finding RBS very poor at conversions I know they batch sales but it's bad...dunno wot's going on there...will give em while the end of the month before I waste my time emailing them (for the now..as standard CJ merhant non response...)

anyone else noticed this with RBS or is it just me with the bad credit history mumpties applying for RBS cards?

RBS cards don't convert very well for me either, and neither do accucard.

The best credit card converter for me over the first quarter was morgan stanley, then marbles, then Barclaycard.

I think the RBS cards kinda shot themselves in the foot by making each branded card an isolated microsite and not having a main landing page for credit card seekers. (This may have changed since last time I checked though) I did contact them when the program was launched about a generic text link and they didn't have any plans to do one.

Which is a shame really, if it were a little bit more user friendly I reckon it could be a nice little earner-

Accucard have always performed poorly for me and are by far my worst credit card product.

RBS - Don't promote these currently but I'd be interested to see what epc people are getting
