I havent noticed a problem with Index. Still getting plenty of sales. And an EPC of 0 would indicate no sales.
Maybe there is a problem with the calculation of the EPC stats.
I cant log in at the moment to check.
Littlewoods Index is the latest with problems.
The Littlewoods Index 7 day EPC is $0, so it's obvious that there's been a problem for over a week. CJ are supposed to have a system in place that picks up problems like this, but it doesn't appear to be working. A merchant like Littlewoods Index must be getting lots of sales every day, so it should be possible to spot problems within a few hours.

I can't get the stats at the moment (I am logged in but the only stats it will give me are for today), but I believe I've sent over 1,000 visitors to Littlewoods Index since my last sale over 10 days ago.
I changed some of my links to Tradedoubler when I suspected there was a problem, and I've had one sale so far from around 200 visitors.
i wouldn't bother promoting littlewoods on the basis they send a home shopping catalogue to everyone who buys from their site.
They are not paying affiliates for this.
A reasonable comparison would be Books Direct who pay £10 per signup.
If you did that for every merchant that sent customers catalogues/advertising through the post (or by email) you'd rule out 90% of merchants.
Books Direct are good, but I don't know why you're comparing them to Littlewoods, they sell completely different kinds of stuff. And I bet if someone joins one Books Direct club, they'll send the customer advertising for their other clubs, and we won't earn commission on that.
the point is that they open a home shopping account with the 2,000 page book.
If they promoted the littlewoods index program on this basis, affiliates would expect £10 per registration.
when people buy online at littlewoods they do not expect to receive this.
