Deactivated account?!?!

Hi,

We were just about to add kelkoo's and other CJ merchants products when our login failed.

It's the first time our company is using CJ. We joined only a week ago and did buy some items through our links (like servers etc).

Could someone please tell me what "Our records indicate that your account has been deactivated." means?

I tried ringing CJ but no one picked up the call. I have just sent a email and hope they will reply.
