How CJ authenticate a website owner?

Hi, all

I just created an account of CJ but CJ has never asked me if I am the owner of the website like what Google Analytics does such as uploading a txt file or putting some id code in html tag.

So, how does CJ make sure I am the owner of the website?
What I really care is that if someone had stolen my CJ account and changed password and email of the superuser, how can I, the website owner, take my CJ account back?

Hi,

This has not happened, but if it did, the user of the website would notify us and provide proof. We would restore the settings and take the appropriate action against the hacker.
