Hi. I have a question about commission junction's pricing policy. Say I register as an advertiser on CJ. My products sell for £100 each and my affiliate program offers 30% commission on each sale. When there is a sale, how much would the publisher get, and how much would CJ get? Does CJ get paid every time a sale is made? If so, who pays CJ, the publisher or the advertiser? Also, is there any fee involved to register as an Advertiser on CJ?

    Hi there,

Generally affiliate networks take an override on the publisher commission. For example, you pay 10% commission and the sale is £100. That means the affiliate would be paid £10. The network would then be paid £3 (if the override is 30%). The total payout in this scenario would be £13.

There are fees to join CJ as an advertiser. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to send me an email.

    Thanks,
