The sid is indeed your unique "shopper identification" that will help you indentify which link was clicked on. It will show in your sales reports, once you have made a sale or a lead from a link that had a sid incorporated into it. Tradedoubler, if you use them, call it “epi” and that would need to be enabled on your account.

Excellent, was just looking for information on tracking CJ clicks.

How do we add SID to existing links in merchant feeds ? is it ?sid= at the end of the link or &sid=

    Thanks

For a standard link you would simply add ?sid= on the end of the CJ link
    anrdoezrs.net/click-123456-1234567?sid=ABCDEF

For a merchants feed that looks like
    anrdoezrs.net/click-123456-1234567?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com you have 2 options.

Option 1 is to place your sid directly after the standard CJ link, and will look like this
    anrdoezrs.net/click-123456-1234567?sid=ABCDEF&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.co m

Option 2 is to place your sid at the end of the link, as below
    anrdoezrs.net/click-123456-1234567?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com&sid=ABCDE F

The main point to notice is that regardless of how you make your link, it is ALWAYS a ? after the standard CJ link then everything else appended to the url is with ampersands &

Tracking is the better option .Through this we can have to look at the nice things that are around us.No matter how we react on that.
