What do you look for in a programme?

With the many different affiliate programmes within CJ its difficult to pin point which ones I should be using.

I only promote eBay.co.uk currently using their Editor Kit tool to display live listings and Flexible destination tool to buy keywords on Google and direct the urls directly to eBay search terms.

I fill my 468x60 banners with all other e-commerce shopping and betting sites.

I look for the following 11 points above but eBay has a Low EPC rate compared to Argos. I gather this is because some affiliates use eBay in pop unders and that if they didn't allow this the EPC rate would be allot higher.

What are your thoughts?
