I did create an account like a partner of the Czech Company Slevomat.cz - Hromadné slevy a nákupy se slevou
via Commission Junction like an affiliate program partner
with CJ - ID - 3190276.
Im match-maker of WebElite.cz company here in Czech Republic.
I promote CHARITABLE EVENING FOR CHILDREN
here in Czech Republic throuht my advertising site :

Super slevy na zivot
for
Magick

but my account was deactivate after I made some sells.

NO EXPLANATION WENT FROM Commission Junction.

are the CJ steals the money ??

can anybody explain me this way of behaviour ??

from violating the rules, but not specifics came from CJ.
we was marked as a spammer and some other crap we did listen from CJ.

THE MAIN PROBLEM IS :

the first :
We did provide more than 2500 unique visitors through the first
three days and whole sale was over 1500 euros !!!
via CJ ID - 3186640 (its mine - Michal Marcin - owner of WebElie.cz)

WHERE IS THE OUR COMMISION FROM SELLS WILL COME OVER 45 DAYS ?

we thought that CJ has a technical problem, but time is running,
so we did create a second account
CJ ID - 3190276 (Lucie Kronus - my assistent)
and promote the same Special Evening - THE MAGIC NIGHT.
and again,
when 2500 unique visitors came throught our promo site :
Super slevy na zivot
we was blocked !!!
money gone, people gone, our 45days commision gone.

the whole analysis shows the huge amount yet !!!

Unfortunately this question is not open to debate. The home page of your site says 18+ which clearly makes it content for adults. We do not allow adult content on our network and we make it very clear when you join, that you are not entitled to monetize a site of this nature through Commission Junction. I am sorry if you are not happy with this however this is how it stands and how it will remain.

With regards to this new PID you have just given me, we will look into this now.

I am trying to help you here and will continue to do so but only directly.

No 'adult entertainment' is approved for children in Czech republic.
like a Carnival, Pubs and many others.

if Commission Junction Inc. did note us, that THIS website
(over no pornographic content is there)
is NOT accepted, we did could change it with more than 50 ! websites.
but one-side deactivating our accounts is more than UNFAIR.

though you told me now,
our account 3190276 was APPROVED by Commission Junction Inc.

NOW YOU ONLY LOOKING FOR A REASON IF WE CALL FOR JUSTICE.

I understand why you want to solve this problem privately,

Hi there,

Not sure if you got my last email but here it is anyway.

So to clarify things.

Account 3186640 has been removed from our Network and all the commissions reversed out to the advertisers as we received Spam complaint from our service provider. In addition, the evidence provided to us showed that your email templates does not meet the requirements set forth in the CAN-SPAM laws.

Although we informed you on the 03rd of December 2010 that you were not eligible to rejoin the Commission Junction network and any attempt to do so shall be null or void, on the same day you created a new account 3199276 and listed a website which contained objectionable contents. For these reasons your account was immediately deactivated.

I hope that this clarifies and puts an end to this matter.

Im expecting nobody from CJ will contact me about this kind of totaly DEROGATION.

let me make a resume :

1.) we sent a few e-mails from our d-base and only to subscribers here in Czech Republic. No spam, no unsolicited mails.

2.) we reached 2500 unique visitors / clicks. sells reached more than 1500 euros amount. - we was deactivated.

3.) our main account was deactivated from reason we are spammers. we sent reply, - no reaction. the Event we promote came 15.12. so our assistant did crate a new CJ account and we promote this Event via site Super slevy na zivot

4.) again when we reached 2500 unique visitors / clicks this account was bloked too. - NO explanation came at this time.

5.) the affiliate program offer 9% from every sells during 45days ! and we has double 2500 unique visitors during the first three days.

only what we have is an ACCUSATION we are spammer and pornking. GREAT !

really I dont know what kind of your experience is with the CJ company, but we are very frustrated.

is any chance to solve this problem with anybody from the most famous Affiliate company Commission Junction Inc.
that they have no e-mail for debate ?
