Does anyone know how long it usually takes CJ to respond to support tickets? I've had one open since the 25th February and so far its just been ignored.
Problem is with the homebase and argos product feeds (first informed CJ on 19th February) they are full of incorrect prices - garden sheds or log cabins etc for £1 or £2.
If anyone from CJ reads this i'd really appreciate some sort of response, its been weeks, ticket ref: 110225-000027,110219-000021

Hi Mark,
I've had look at this and it does appear that after our initial response, we were looking into this and failed to respond in the ticket. You should have received a response right away.
In any event, we have not been able to recreate the problem on this side; the prices look accurate and this is the only report we've received of them being incorrect. Please contract me directly and we can look into it further.
