In February ELC tested an incentive scheme, with all publishers that were registered at the beginning of the month. As the scheme proved to be successful, I have set up a permanent and ongoing incentive with identical terms to the test scheme.

As the February scheme is no longer required, I have offered you terms on the new incentive and expired the old terms. As part of this process, you may have received an automated e-mail explaining that the old terms have been expired, please be advised that your new terms have been set to take over directly from the old scheme.

I would like to assure you that, you have not been rejected as an affiliate from ELC, we greatly value your partnership and contribution to our online presence. Please accept my apologies for this oversight and feel free to contact me directly with any questions or feedback you may have.

Hmmn, I've now got the same follow up email (8 days later) but now I've wasted my time removing the links I'm in no hurry to put them back up again. Valued my ar**, I bet their stats went down the plughole and someone eventually noticed.

Hi all

I just wanted to clear up a few points, as raised in my email above.

In Feb ELC set up incentives, to make the schemes for our best affiliates more appealing. As this was recieved well I decided to set the schemes up permanently in March.

I offered new terms to all affiliates with no crossover period, this ended the old terms and it seems sent an automated e-mail. I must apologise, I had no idea that an automated e-mail would be distributed! It was not until I was contacted some days later by an affiliate that I was able to respond to you all.

No offence was intended, I hope there are no hard feelings!

Please feel free to contact me directly if you feel there is a way ELC can continue to improve the affiliate programme.

I didn't recevie any new terms, and my affiliation wasn't terminated.
I'm still on 4% per sale, with no incentives - the same rates that have been in place since September.

- got no initial rejection
- got the second email about revised terms
but am still on the old terms with no "offers" in on the new terms page

I am fully open to constructive feedback and comments about the scheme, we've only been running with comission junction since November, so steep learning curve.
