    okay for some reason and I can't remember why but my password has been changed so now can't log in. Last time I was on the phone to CJ I was told of some side blog etc and I downloaded an Argos button.

    I can not do your links - sorry but sending me screen shots etc and telling to cut this that and the other off bits and pieces is way to complicated - sorry but other sites are easier I now need to learn at House of Fraser is coming to you guys so I have to learn
    Does anyone out there know how to do the links and speak PLAIN ENGLISH - NO JARGON OR ASSUMPTIONS
    just cut and paste and off we go that's all I want - why does all this seem like rocket science when I just want to post about tights and make up .....
    also why don't you have the details you have posted here about contact on your website ........ instead of filling in a tiny box or is that a stupid question too ......

    Hi there,

    I am sorry you have not been able to contact us. For future reference, you can find our details on our site ( Commission Junction - Contact us), our blog (Contact Us | Commission Junction UK), twitter (Commission Junction (CJUKNetwork) on Twitter) and/or the forum sticky in this section.

    After checking with the team, I understand that you've been in contract with us and I can only apologise if those calls did not result in a clearer understanding of how to get links. Perhaps I can be of further assistance. The steps are:

    1) When you log in you will first be in your Member Area main page;
    2) Click on "Get Links" from the navigation bar;
    3) Type in advertiser's name in the search box, click "Find";
    4) Select your advertiser from the search results and click on "View Links", then all their links will come up;
    5) Click on "Get HTML" for the link you want;
    6) Click "Copy HMTL" and paste that into your site.

    Also, in step 4) you can click on the advertiser's name and that screen will present you with a list of link types: banners, text links, product feeds, etc.

    We are more than happy to run through this again if you like. You can drop me a line and I'll one of the team members to help.

    Thank you,

    Okay I have now been told by Riaz Mehtar

    "Hi Vicki,

    Hope you’re well.

    I’ve had a look at your account, and the reason you cant log in is because the account has been deactivated as a dormant account. We can reactivate it if you’d like, but please note that you will be charged a dormancy fee for this. The fee will be deducted from commissions earned and so you wont have to pay it up front.

    Please let me know what you’d like to do and we’ll get it done."
    To say I'm speechless is an understatement ........ you changed the password and now I can't see if your instructions work .......... so ball is in your court now but at this moment in time my view on customer service is a little low so can someone change this ............

    Hi Vikki,

    We do have script that puts accounts dormant that haven't been active from a sales and click perspective. So it looks like your new password generation request and the automatic change to the account status cross paths.

    Eventually we have to deduct balances from accounts that are completely unused, as for accounting purposes they cannot sit inactive indefinitely. However, in this case Riaz was mistaken, there is not a reactivation fee. My apologies for the incorrect information.

    Your account is active and ready to use. Also, I've not heard back regarding the links question. Let us know if everything is clear.

    Thank you,
    Dan
