First Choice Promo Code?

Ok, I may be totally stupid but ...

I've just gone to book a holiday at firstchoice.co.uk and noticed the top banner showing a promo code for £50 off. Great I thought!

My wife and I sat there doing the booking together and nowhere during the process could we see where to enter the promo code!! We went all the way to the credit card page TWICE trying to find a promo code box.

Frustrated we gave up and aborted the booking for now!!

I wonder how many people, encouraged to book by seeing the code, just give up?

As somebody who promotes First Choice I'd be keen to see the method of utilising promo codes be a bit clearer. I still have no idea how to use it!!

Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks for your comment above. I have raised this with First Choice who in turn have recognised the position of this functionality is not always clear on the payments page. They are reviewing the payments page and will be making changes in the near future.

In the meantime, to locate the voucher code functionality you can find it on the payments page. There is an 'apply voucher code' button which sits alongside the price of the holiday.
