Thousands of customers have been moved onto more expensive gas & electricity rates, many unknowingly, as their fixed price period expires.

This couldn't come at a worse time, as ScottishPower's price rise comes into effect today. Their gas prices go up by 19% and electricity by 10%, adding nearly £200 to their customers' bills.
