    Hello.

    I have a question and I hope that someone from CJ can help me.
    I have tried to register as a merchant at your network, and got rejected because you claimed that you cannot "offer you a relevant uplift on your sales for the money that you would have to pay out".
    No matter how many times I have ask the representative I talked with to explain this issue - she just repeated this line like a mantra.

    Can you please explain?

    Hi

    We're always keen to ensure that all of our merchant's programmes are successful and deliver an acceptable return on investment, and in this instance it would appear we did not feel we would be able to achieve this - hence not beginning the programme setup process. Our sales person should have relayed the reasons for our concerns and why we decided not to move forward - so please accept my apologises.
