Just having a look at a lot of these Terms and Conditions when reading the pending offers from merchants and unless you read the small print, it seems like you're pleading an oath of silence for 5 years even after you're a member of the program. If you got some of these terms in reverse, the merchant wouldn't sign them in a million years.

Who clicks accept without actually reading?

All very one sided, and the fact that affiliates are not privy to the contract between network and merchant, especially clauses which concern affiliates.

A point I will come onto later when claiming monies if a merchant across the pond goes into liquidation, yet CJ allow reversals of all sales, but worse still CJ allow those merchants to still be active on the network.
