Yea, it's quite annoying when tings like this happen and you can't do anything with it. Or if they just stop answering you (not talking about cj especially), because they are just a big company.
We had an email from CJ asking us to confirm where the links for Argos appeared on our site and they asked us to reply asap. The crazy thing is, the email came from no-response@cj.com which means I couldn't reply and there was no link to update the ticket online.
I managed to track down an address for the right team - but it seems crazy to send out questions to affiliates from a 'no reply' address.
I keep asking the nameless person at CJ to stop emailing their follow-up questions from the no-response@cj.com address but they don't seem to understand! Making me jump through loops to send each reply to a query (which they instigated!) seems a bit wrong.
Please sort out your communications - I know you're a big network and need ways to track communications, but sending out emails from no reply addresses and without any names is very impersonal not to mention impractical!
Anyone human/real from CJ on here so we can finally sort this out?

Hi XLteam,
My apologies about the difficulties you have been experiencing regarding communication with CJ.
I work as an account manager on the Argos programme and so will be able to answer any queries you have regarding this programme. Without knowing your email address or customer number i'm not able to comment specifically on the problems you have been having.
By the sounds of the query it sounds like a question that would have come from our Network Compliance team. Network Compliance will oftern request traffic sources and link informaiton as part of their checks to ensure a clean network. They are often easy to resolve queries that as you rightly pointed out should be easy to reply to. We are testing the external email addresses of our Network Compliance team now to try and understand why this has happened. In the meantime if you are able to contact me with your customer number I will be able to pick this up with you personally.
Many thanks

Thanks for the replies
You're right, the emails are sent from the Network Compliance team. The problem is that each time they email me a follow up, it comes from a no reply email address. Equally there is no link in the email to update the ticket online. I'm not sure exactly what 'security issue' stops them from giving me a first name (personal emails are always a bit nicer) and it would make a lot more sense for this department to email out from an address you can actually reply to
I'll email you guys, thanks again.
