CJ, Perhaps you didn't receive my reply regarding your automated ignorance, or perhaps forgot about the telephone call regarding the CJ account de-activations threats, so can you please re-activate our account... unless however you want to walk over the wrong affiliate instead of trying to work with them to sort out any mis-undertandings or issues.
Sorry about this forum post (many more to come) but obviously email and telephone doesn't do any good.

Yes, silly you! Why on earth do you think posting on a public forum about a network at the weekend in the tone you set will help you with your problem? Possibly your too big for CJ and they don't want to mess about with Mr BIG!
I've already tried the mr nice guy telephone and email on a weekday route, so unless you know the full circumstances can you go parasite someone elses thread.

Thanks for replying, it's nearly been sorted now and the account has been re-activated for 48 hours so I can update my profile to disclose 'as a special program' that other affiliates can use our id's.
Just a matter of now figuring out how I go about doing the above.
